Hawai‘i Powder Coating (HPC) was created to bring together craftsmanship, innovation, and community to build a more sustainable future for metal fabrication and finishing on Maui.

In 2024, HPC formed through a partnership between Certified Welding Maui and Maui Powder Works, combining years of experience and shared values. Many CW clients were already requesting powder-coated finishes—making this the natural next step.

Today, HPC builds on Maui Powder Works’ strong foundation with a focus on efficiency and innovation. By offering in-house welding, fabrication, and powder coating, we streamline production, reduce turnaround time, and deliver high-quality, durable finishes.

Powder coating is not only faster to cure than traditional paint—it’s also cleaner and more eco-friendly. That means better results for our clients and a lighter impact on our ʻāina.
